Layering Bug in Version 1.2 and 1.3 Beta

There is a bug in the norrisoftenhanceloader.js code which causes the published pages to layer the swfs via the order they were added rather than the order you assigned to them on the properties dialog. You will see the correct layering in Enhance but not in the published files.

To fix this problem, go to the Downloads tab and download the Enhance_1_2_LayeringBugFix.zip, unzip it and follow the ReadMe.txt instructions.

I will be releasing a version 1.25 soon with the fix.

Enhance 1.3 Beta is now available on the Downloads tab.

Enhance 1.3 adds a Publish Settings window which allows you to center your published content in the browser window and set your DOCTYPE. Go to File/Publish settings.

1.3 also fixes the Project window bug. Now, when you open the Project window, the Project list should populate every time.

Enhance 1.3 Beta coming soon!

Many sites have their web content centered in the browser window. Enhance 1.2 forces the page content to be left justified. Enhance 1.3 Beta will add a Publish Settings menu item and window that allows you to choose to center your content in the window and have your added SWFs automatically adjust their alignment to the content on the page.

I have also fixed the bug which caused intermittent loading of the Projects list in the Projects window.

Enhance is now Standards Compliant!

With release 1.2, Enhance is now W3C XHTML 1.0 Standards compliant. If your web page is already compliant, the code Enhance adds to your HTML page should not break it.
